• All products sold are unofficial and not affiliated with any official anime brands unless explicitly stated.

2. Orders & Payments

• Orders are processed via WhatsApp, and all transactions must be completed online before shipping.
• We currently accept payments through [UPI, Paytm, Bank Transfer, etc.].
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at this time but may be introduced later.
• Orders will only be confirmed after full payment is received.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• We currently ship PAN India.
• Delivery time is estimated to be 5-10 business days, depending on the location. This may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
• A delivery fee is applicable based on the customer’s location. The exact fee will be communicated via WhatsApp before order confirmation.

4. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted only if the product is in proper condition (unused, undamaged, and with original packaging).
• Return requests must be made within 7 days of the purchase date.
• If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong product, damaged item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
• If the return is for any other reason (e.g., change of mind, incorrect order by the customer), the customer must bear the return shipping charges.
• Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item.

5. Order Cancellations

• Customers can cancel their order only if it has not been shipped.
• Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

6. Product Disclaimer

• All products sold by Otaku Haven are unofficial merchandise and are not endorsed by any anime brands, studios, or companies.
• Product images on our website are for reference only. Actual products may have slight variations in design or color.
• If customers require actual photos of the product before purchasing, they can request them via WhatsApp, and we will provide real images.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Otaku Haven is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
• Our liability is limited to the price of the purchased product.

8. Changes to Terms & Conditions

• We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to review this page periodically.
