1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only if:
✔ The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
✔ The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
✔ The item is in original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

🚫 We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind or personal preference.
• Opened or used products.
• Minor packaging damage that does not affect the product itself.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:
1️⃣ Email us at otakuhavencares@gmail.com with:

• Order number
• Reason for return
• Clear images of the product (if damaged or incorrect)
  2️⃣ Wait for our approval within 2-3 business days.
  3️⃣ Once approved, we will provide return instructions. The item must be shipped back within 7 days.

📦 Return Shipping:

• If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
• Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

3. Refund Policy

💰 Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5-7 business days to reflect.

🚫 No refunds will be issued for:

• Products returned in poor condition.
• Unauthorized returns without prior approval.

4. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer exchanges, but you can request a refund and place a new order.
